I feel so bad for Shibli and his family. I dislike aged based respect for reasons like this. Just because he was younger they decided not to show and give him the respect he deserved and earned. You should respect everyone regardless of their age. If someone's actions lose them respect, that's on them and is understandable. Their age isn't.
